Not every wedding celebration has to follow tradition – and that’s exactly what made this August event so special. After eloping to Las Vegas to tie the knot, our lovely couple wanted to host a relaxed, fun-filled party back home for 115 of their closest friends and family. The result? A laid-back hog roast celebration full of laughter, great food, and flowing drinks.

The brief was simple: create a welcoming, informal dining experience where guests could eat, mingle, and celebrate at their own pace. With 115 hungry guests ready to tuck in, we served:
- Canapés to start, perfect for grazing and sparking conversation
- A traditional hog roast, carved fresh and served buffet style with all the trimmings
- Rich chocolate mousse for dessert – indulgent yet effortlessly elegant
Serving the food buffet-style allowed guests to enjoy a more casual approach to dining, keeping the atmosphere relaxed and full of energy.

On this occasion, we also took care of all drink service, ensuring glasses were topped up throughout the day and evening. From welcome drinks to toasts, our team kept the celebration flowing so the couple could focus on what mattered most – celebrating with their loved ones.
