The event-based nature of our business seems to suit people who are interested in flexible, part-time work, often freelance and fitting in with other work they undertake. Sometimes they’re looking to work for a limited time, to save for a holiday for example.
This works for us too and we discuss and establish what types of days and hours are mutually suitable, so we know how best to deploy our people.
